This course will give an intermediate overview on Auditory Processing Disorder (APD). Topics covered will include characteristics of APD, how APD is related to Dyslexia, when to refer for testing, screening, who can screen/test, and treatment options. You will also understand appropriate classroom accommodations and communication strategies when working with children and/or adults with APD.
