Importance of Exercise and Play to the Brain

This class is designed to educate teachers, administrators,  and childcare providers on the importance of play and exercise to the developing brain and the aging brain.  Participants will learn the significance of play and exercise to learning and memory in humans of all stages of life.   The content of this class will encourage participants to evaluate the value in the time students are spending on devices.
